ZASecure is an online shop and we do not carry stock at our office. Orders can be placed online or quotations can be requested from our sales staff and will be faxed or emailed to you. Orders are shipped via courier or may be collected via appointment only.

By visiting or shopping at this web site, or buying directly from us, you accept the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Payment Terms

1.1. Equipment

1.1.1. Payments shall be made, via EFT, upon ordering any equipment from ZASecure. No equipment will be ordered by ZASecure on your behalf before payment reflects in our bank account.

1.2. Installations

1.2.1. Payments for installations shall be required on completion of the work you requested. No installation will be scheduled before payment for equipment in terms of clause 1.1.1 is received in full.

1.2.2. Any third party equipment or services, not supplied by ZASecure, not present, completed or in working condition on the day of installation and causing a delay in the installation will result in additional labour costs.

1.2.3. All installations provided are done by ZASecure or approved partners.

 

2. Indemnification

2.1. The customer shall hold harmless ZASecure from any liability, penalties, losses, damages, costs, expenses, attorney’s fees, causes of action or claims caused by or resulting directly or indirectly including damage to property, injury or death to you or any third party or any loss or damage, albeit consequential or inconsequential to any other un-associated appliances.

 
3. Technical Callout or Repair


3.1. Callouts or repairs are payable upfront and includes a charge for traveling to you as well as an assessment of your problem. You will receive an invoice for the callout and upon the receipt of your payment an appointment will be scheduled with you.


3.2. You or your nominated representative undertake to make yourself available during the whole time of the callout to ensure that repairs are properly completed and the technicians are properly instructed by you before the technicians leave your premises.


3.3. The job card signed by you is final and binding proof in respect of the materials / work installed / undertaken / requested and are invoiced to you accordingly. Should you nominate a representative to act on your behalf, you bind yourself to the instructions of your representative(s) as if given by yourself.


3.4. For continuous support and repair call-out services, kindly refer to our Service Level Agreement.

4. Onsite Solution Based Assessment


4.1. You can request an onsite assessment form us. Once completed with your onsite assessment, we supply you with a line item quotation and system solution for your specific application.

5. Prices

5.1. Due to the fact that ZASecure is an online shop and we do not carry stock at our office, the prices indicated on this website is subject to change without notice. Upon placing an order the final price payable will be disclosed to you, and if the price has indeed changed, you will be given the option to withdraw from, or continue with the transaction. We shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description, availability, purchase price and delivery charges of Goods on the Website. However, should there be any errors of whatsoever nature on the Website (which are not due to our gross negligence), we shall not be liable for any loss, claim or expense relating to a transaction based on any error, save – in the case of any incorrect purchase price – to the extent of refunding you for any amount already paid, or otherwise as set out in the Returns Policy.

 
 
6. Delivery policy

6.1. ZASecure offers 2 (two) methods of delivery of Goods to you. You may elect delivery via:

1. courier; or

2. self-collection.

6.2. Where it accepts your order, ZASecure or the Third Party Seller will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification elect whether or not to cancel your order for the Goods. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price.

6.3. ZASecure's obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. ZASecure is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product, after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.

6.4. We offer delivery services only on specific equipment. Please contact us to discuss your delivery options.



7. Export restriction


7.1. The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.



8. Return and Refunds policy


8.1. The provision of goods and services by ZASecure is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, ZASecure will refund the client in full within 30 days.


9. Customer privacy policy


9.1. ZASecure shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 10. Payment options accepted


10.1. Payment may be made via electronic bank transfer (EFT) into the ZASecure bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.



11. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency


11.1. The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).



12. Responsibility


12.1. ZASecure takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.



13. Country of domicile


13.1. This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and ZASecure chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 8 Illovo Avenue, Wierdapark Ext 2, Centurion, South Africa, 0157



14. Variation


14.1. ZASecure may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

ZASecure undertakes to assist you as far as reasonably possible in the event of you having to rely on any suppliers / manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee, including negotiating with them on your behalf in necessary. If however any dispute between you and the supplier / manufacturer cannot be resolved you must yourself take the matter further. In such circumstances you cannot hold ZASecure responsible or liable in any way. In addition to the above if you specifically request any other goods or materials be used you then, by your request, waive the warranty or guarantee provided by the supplier and/or ZASecure.
